    Mobile Cosmetic Reconditioning

    • Our most popular option for quick and convenient repairs.

    • Ideal for minor cosmetic issues like curb rash and light scratches.

    • Cost: Starting at $125 per wheel.

    • What it includes:

      • On-site repair at your home or office.

      • Our technician completes the repair with the wheel on the car.

    • Best for: Customers who need a fast, affordable fix to get their wheels looking great again without taking time out of their busy schedule.

    Comprehensive Shop Refinishing

    • The best choice for more severe damage, such as cracked or bent wheels, powder coating, recoloring, or for those seeking a flawless, factory-style result.

    • Cost: Starting at $250 per wheel (price may vary for wheels 20" and above).

    • What it includes:

      • Complete crack/bend repair and refinishing.

      • We remove your wheels, transport them to our shop for a full powder-coating and restoration process, then return and remount them.

    • Turnaround Time: Typically 5 business days (we aim for 48 hours when possible, but want to set a realistic expectation).

    • Best for: Discerning customers and car enthusiasts who prioritize a durable, high-quality, and "like-new" finish.

    • If your wheels have minor cosmetic damage (like curb rash or light scratches), Mobile Cosmetic Reconditioning is likely the best fit.

    • If your wheels are cracked, bent, or you want a full restoration or color change, Comprehensive Shop Refinishing is recommended.

    • If you love to baby your ride and keep it in pristine condition, Comprehensive Shop Refinishing is recommended for a factory quality finish.

    • Mobile Cosmetic Reconditioning: Usually completed on-site in a single visit. Typically 30-60 minutes per wheel depending on the severity of the damage.

    • Comprehensive Shop Refinishing: Typically 5 business days, but we strive for a 48-hour turnaround when possible.

    To avoid the credit card processing fee, we recommend using Zelle, cash, or check.

  • All cosmetic refinishing work performed by Rim Recon is backed by a one-year warranty, effective from the date of service or invoice.

    What Our Warranty Covers:

    • Peeling: The clear coat or paint separating from the wheel's surface.

    • Fading: Significant and unnatural color degradation.

    • Bubbling: Air or moisture trapped under the paint or clear coat.

    • Improper Adhesion: The new finish not adhering correctly to the wheel surface.

    What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

    • New impact or curb damage.

    • Accidents or collision damage.

    • Chemical exposure from harsh cleaning products or tire acids.

    • Structural damage (bends, cracks, etc.).

    • Normal wear and tear over time.

    1. Contact Us: Notify us of the issue by email or phone as soon as possible.

    2. Provide Documentation: Send us clear photos of the affected wheel, highlighting the area of concern.

    3. Schedule an Inspection: We will arrange a time to inspect the wheel in person to verify the claim.

    If the issue is determined to be a result of our workmanship, we will re-service the wheel at no cost to you.

  • Yes! If you have a warranty that covers wheel repair, simply provide us with your warranty and claim information. We will contact your warranty provider to confirm if they will accept our services to satisfy your coverage. Once approved, we will reach out to you to set up an appointment.

  • If our technician determines that your wheel is not repairable after assessment, there is no charge for the attempted service.
